Since we didn't live in or around Lincoln City my family thought it would be best if we used a Realtor again. With our first contact with Larry he amazed us. He had his game together. We had fast response with homes in the area and any questions that we had. Larry offered information about homes in the area that I didn't choose to look at. We are so thankful that he went the extra mile to find us the home of our dreams. I know for a fact, without Larry close by our side we would not have received the deal we did. He worked so hard for us. There were so many little things we could not have thought of. We saved thousands of dollars because of Larry. Our home is perfect because of Larry. He came to the property almost daily for months watching the progress, checking for high water and making sure none of our pipes were frozen. I didn't know that a Realtor could be so helpful. Even after the sale the home was complete, Larry again went the extra mile. He still checked on our home for us with all the bad weather, making sure everything would still be perfect for us when we moved in. After the sale of our home was final, my family didn't refer to Larry as our Realtor anymore. Larry is now considered our close family friend.
